Hi Kevin,

Good to see your interest in the project. I am sorry you were lead to buy the
WNDR3800CH. It seems like Newegg is not making the distinction. When I
was buying from that link we were receiving the WNDR3800. I will remove
the link to Newegg from openwireless.org.

Some other people have reported having a WNDR3800CH. Apparently
it is not too difficult to create a build for the CH but we need to look into it
and understand what the differences are between the 3800 and 3800CH.
I do not have a CH handy.

If you are interested you can create your own build for the 3800CH from
the source code on github and by looking at comments on the CeroWRT
mailing list to figure out the changes needed e.g.

https://lists.bufferbloat.net/pipermail/cerowrt-devel/2014-August/thread.html

If creating your own build is not your cup of tea, please be patient, I will look
into this, but it may take me some time to get to it.

Ranga

I thought I had messed up and bought the wrong one, but I've triple checked and as far as I can tell from reading the page I am buying a WNDR3800. I might have to have words with NewEgg, but I wanted to first bring it to your attention so you don't send other people to buy the wrong product.
