[HTTPS-Everywhere] 3.5.1 and chrome-2014.4.25 released

Just to clarify: I've seen HTTPS Everywhere bring down Sliverlight (only) a
few times in the past, never the whole browser.

I don't think this resulted from any changes on our end, though I'll test a
few things...
