[HTTPS-Everywhere] Further string translation needed

Hi folks,

We're looking for help with translations for a small amount of new text
for an imminent release. This text addresses a mistake that caused
some users of the stable HTTPS Everywhere version to be upgraded to the
development version without requesting it. The new release will detect
when this situation appears to have happened and ask users which version
they would prefer to use.

Translations can be sent as patches or git requests, but the easiest
thing for the developers is if you create them using the Transifex
site. Instructions for creating translations for us with Transifex
are below. If you can submit or help check translations (particularly
to a language that you speak natively), it would be a big help for
the project. The amount of text to be translated to address the
current problem is quite small (94 words!) and we hope to use it in
a release this week.

To translate this with Transifex, you need to create a Transifex
account via

https://www.transifex.com/signup/

if you don't already have one. Then log into your account and
click "Explore", then search for "Tor Project", and click on The
Tor Project. Then choose the language you plan to translate into,
click on the name of that language, and then click "Join team"
and "Go" to accept joining the translation team for your language.

Then, in the Tor Project resources list, find and click the link
for the file

   HTTPS Everywhere - https-everywhere.dtd

and choose "Translate now" to enter the translation interface.
Typically, there will be up to six untranslated strings, which
refer to the problem with the development version upgrade. You
can also review and correct other people's translations for these
strings.

Thanks very much, and please let us know if you have any questions
about this process.
