[HTTPS-Everywhere] https everywhere VK block

Hi Jean Eric!

You can disable HTTPS-Everywhere rules for VK using its icon (the one in
the top-right corner of your browser).

Just go on VK and click on the icon; it should display in green the list of
enabled rules. Disable the VK rule (or rules) and then go to the HTTP site
(don't just refresh). The problem should be solved.

Unfortunately, there's no way of being sure the ruleset is perfect, so
sometimes this (among other things) happens. Disabling the rule should
solve the problem until the ruleset is fixed. Of course, if you know how to
fix it, you can just write the correct ruleset and submit it here, so it
can be added to the existing ones!
