Someone sent me the following link:

and I was unable to get the CSS to display on the article, no matter 
what I did with NoScript or AdBlock Plus. finally, I checked 
HTTPS-Everywhere (3.0.dev3 in FF13b), and turned off "Mediamatters 
(partial)," and the page displayed properly.  Looks like this "partial" 
rule should be disabled by default.
