[HTTPS-Everywhere] Mozilla rule broken - mozillamessaging.com

HTTPS-Everywhere breaks www.mozillamessaging.com, a URL that Mozilla
Foundation was using as their primary domain for Thunderbird. Apparently
they've decided to abandon the domain, so now it just forwards back to
http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/ , but the forward doesn't work
with https, even though the destination works fine with https.

HTTPS-Everywhere 3.0.dev3 in Firefox 13 beta 4.
