[HTTPS-Everywhere] configuring the list of sites for https

How can I get a list of the URLs that HTTPS-Everywhere is set up to 
recognize.  Also, when I enter an arbitrary HTTP site in my browser, for 
which the extension has been set to use HTTPS, does it do some kind of 
translation for the mapping? I mean would it see me enter this 
http://torproject.org and turn it into this https://torproject.org "before" 
the first one is connected, such as a hosts file does mapping too?
