Yes, you could send it to me. By new convention it should just be a "pl"
directory (so it would also work if someone unusually uses a Polish language
locale that specifies a different country). You should also add a reference
to the existence of the translation in the chrome.manifest file (otherwise
it won't be used).

You might want to try the development version of HTTPS Everywhere, which
is about to have a new release that will declare compatibility with Firefox
10. The newly released stable HTTPS Everywhere version did not declare
compatibility with Firefox 10, although our next stable release probably
will.
