[HTTPS-Everywhere] HTTPS-Everywhere breaks YouTube even when disabled

I coudln't find this problem, could you please specify more or take a
screenshot? By the way, YouTube is also affected by the "Ytimg.com"
ruleset which covers thumbnails, stylesheets and some scripts.
