[HTTPS-Everywhere] the new EFF "https everywhere"... glitche with NY Times and wikipedia

Hello,

I can confirm this behavior  on my setup ( git build, FF5 at W7). Namely,
wikipedia.org and www.wikipedia.org are NOT redirected, while, for
example en.wikipedia org is redirected to
https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Main_Page.
I took a look at src\chrome\content\rules\Wikipedia.xml and it seems
that www.wikipedia.org is excluded:

30  <exclusion pattern="^http://www\.wik(ipedia|inews|isource|ibooks|iquote|iversity|tionary)\.org/"/>

while wikipdeia.org is not covered.

The key question "Is this a bug or feature?" In other words, does
wikipedia have a secure version of it's starting page?

NY times seems to work fine for me.
