[HTTPS-Everywhere] now working, was: the new EFF "https everywhere"... glitche with NY Times and wikipedia

I followed the instruction over at, umm, somewhere here and looked
around my drive for the various files. The directories were in
place but lots of stuff was missing.

I uninstalled, then re-installed, https everywhere. It's working
ok now.

'tiz a puzzlement.
