  * Release 1.0 into the stable branch!
  * Improve toolbar UI for error pages somewhat (it still isn't perfect)
  * Bugfixes: Microsoft, Dropbox, Netflix, MySQL
  * Disable a couple of broken rules

This now clears the way for a 2.0.0development.1 release including the
Decentralized SSL Observatory, translations, and other cool stuff.
