I've made such a change. it's 344dd in my git repo at:

  git://lair.fifthhorseman.net/~dkg/https-everywhere

the repository also contains (as separate changesets) a minor fix for
the exclusion rules for wordpress, an rulesets for chillingeffects.org
and Riseup Networks.
