[HTTPS-Everywhere] Netflix

Greetings.

I recently started using HTTPS-Everywhere, and I have a small contribution
to make in the form of a simple ruleset for Netflix.com. Everything seems to
work properly (as far as HTTPS-Everywhere is concerned), even video
streaming, but more importantly, the data is SSL encrypted. I'll include a
file attachment and I'll also paste the contents of the xml file below:

<ruleset name="Netflix">
  <rule from="^http://netflix\.com/" to="https://www.netflix.com/"/>
  <rule from="^http://www\.netflix\.com/" to="https://www.netflix.com/"/>
</ruleset>

I'm sure others will find this useful, and I hope it can find a place in
HTTPS-Everywhere. I'll be on the lookout for other websites that use SSL
which aren't in the default ruleset to submit in the future.

Thanks.
