[User] DHCP on openwireless.org net

So it seems quiet out there so far...let's see if this thing is turned
on.

I've set up the release on a suitable router, and it generally seems to
be working well - this message will pass through it.  I am, however,
unable to get any devices to connect to the openwireless.org network.
Some digging around shows that DHCP requests are not being answered;
logread on the router suggests that the daemon simply isn't seeing DHCP
requests from that network at all.

Is this something others have seen?  Anybody have a suggested tweak?
