Do you mean (1) connect to WiFi, (2) Log in through the Web-UI or (3) ssh to router. 


1 and 2 should be possible from any device. 2 is possible only through the LAN or PrivateWiFi network. 

3 can only be from the laptop(s) that have your ssh keys.
