     i was unable to acquire some (all), of the links given in the 
'welcome aboard' email; using pine/lynx.  of particular interest to me, 
archived records of this list.

     my interest in 'open wireless' is as keen, as my ignorance is 
profound.  any pointers, much appreciated.

     for my part, i have an 'advanced' ham ticket, have held a 2nd phone 
license, run linux, program in bash, forth, assembler.
