Agreed. Even if there may be some room for cautious regulation of
'violent words', making intermediaries responsible for enforcing that
regulation is a big mistake and will have significant negative
implications. Telcos and search engines are simply not the ones to carry
out these policies. And forcing them to supervise all content on their
services is not the way to solve any problems there might be.
