[HTTPS-Everywhere] AMO version not listed as SeaMonkey compatible

Hello Russell,

The compatibility table for HTTPS Everywhere has been updated so that 5.2.10 should work with SeaMonkey versions 2.17 to 2.51.  Please allow some time to ensure this update is propagated through the AMO servers.
