[HTTPS-Everywhere] AMO version not listed as SeaMonkey compatible

The version of the addon hosted on AMO is listed as Firefox only. I'm
pretty sure this isn't correct. I've been using HTTPS Everywhere in
SeaMonkey for years from the EFF website, on multiple operating systems.

Please correct the AMO listing on this matter.
