[HTTPS-Everywhere] New (Bugfix) Release 2017.8.19

There is a new release for HTTPS Everywhere out today.

From the changelog:

2017.8.19
  * Fix wildcard matching
  * Remove usage of HTML string assignment
  * Ruleset updates

This is a bugfix release to fix matching for rulesets which contain wildcards.  Users are advised to update.

Download from the usual places.
