[HTTPS-Everywhere] New Logo for HTTPSe?

I'd like to start a discussion on this pull request from Sam Hewitt [CCed]:

It's a proposal to update the HTTPSe icon from:

Old:   to New:


I personally like the proposed icons a lot -- I think they fit better with
Chrome/Firefox stylings and are much sharper.

They also emphasize the "Lock" more. With the size limit of extension
icons, our current icon's lock is very hard to see (the arrow in our
current design seems more prominent).
