[HTTPS-Everywhere] Crash on mentors.debian.net

Hi!

When the “Debian (self-signed)” ruleset is enabled, trying to access
http://mentors.debian.net/ or https://mentors.debian.net/ will crash
Iceweasel (Debian version of Firefox). I have tested with HTTPS
Everywhere 4.0.3 and 5.0.4, using Iceweasel 38.0.

One user gathered a stack trace with Iceweasel 37:
