[HTTPS-Everywhere] Another rule to disable: cloudfront

I followed the link below, and got an error about a skin file not being 
found.  I narrowed it down to the Cloudfront HTTPS-Everywhere rule. 
With it disabled (along with all of the "(partial)" rules), the video plays.
