[HTTPS-Everywhere] Networked Blogs rule broken

The Networked Blogs rule is broken. Links to the site that redirect to 
other blogs don't work in https, so they return an error 404.  For 
example (from an acquaintance on FB):

http://nblo.gs/Iop2V

The rule should probably be either modified or disabled by default.
