[HTTPS-Everywhere] HTTPS-Everywhere not redirecting GETs made after page load

Hi Claudio,

I opened a ticket
<https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/9474>here for this
bug. Turning off the 9gag rule seemed to fix it for me (with
HTTPS Everywhere
3.3.1, FF23). .
