[HTTPS-Everywhere] Waterfox and https-everywhere icon

It's also possible that Waterfox has changed the way the toolbars are laid
out, in a way that breaks our code.  Can you test to see whether you can
relocate the toolbar icons of other extensions, like NoScript, Adblock Plus or
Torbutton?
