[HTTPS-Everywhere] 2012.10.18 ("even more perfect") chromium alpha released

into about:extensions, or install from the Chrome Web Store:

The quality of the chromium releases seems to be going back up again, although
we still have https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/6975 to fix
before I would want to swtich the label from "alpha" to "beta".
