To install, drag https://eff.org/files/https-everywhere-chrome-2012.10.18.crx
into about:extensions, or install from the Chrome Web Store:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/gcbommkclmclpchllfjekcdonpmejbdp
The quality of the chromium releases seems to be going back up again, although
we still have https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/6975 to fix
before I would want to swtich the label from "alpha" to "beta".
