[HTTPS-Everywhere] Https everywhere causing problem logging in to Blogger

When I use HTTPS-Everywhere on Google Chrome Canary, I fail to log in to
Blogger. This problem does not exist on Firefox, or when I disable
HTTP-Everywhere.
