[HTTPS-Everywhere] HTTPS Everywhere and FlashVideoReplacer conflict

This is probably an instance of:
https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/3190
Unfortunately, we can't fix it on the HTTPS Everywhere side until Mozilla
implements this:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=692915
You could ask the author of Flash Video Replacer to implement one of these
compatibility workarounds:
1. Listen to the event HTTPS Everywhere sends when rewriting URLs
2. Add code to handle a redirect during their request
3. Make requests to the HTTPS version of YouTube instead
