[HTTPS-Everywhere] MyOpenId

My OpenID account is at MyOpenId.com, delegated to my own account 
(http://timothy.green.name). I was finding it impossible to log into 
Disqus or Typepad, until I turned off HTTPS Everywhere for the domain 
myopenid.com (I'm still directed to a HTTPS page: the site itself sees 
to that).

With HTTPS Everywhere, the MyOpenId site was just producing confusing 
error messages (often including HTML source code).

I'm not sure whether this was a generic problem, or effected only me.
