[HTTPS-Everywhere] Addon icon isnt pretty

The logo isn't well-suited for the types of sizes icons require
(16x16). As Peter mentioned, it's incomprehensible at the smallest
size (it sort of looks like the little fairy in Zelda OoT to me...
heh).

What is needed is an artist / designer-type person who can capture the
"spirit" of the logo and diffuse that into an image that scales down
well. I know there a lot of good artists out there for open source.
The Oxygen and Tango icon projects come to mind.
