[HTTPS-Everywhere] Remove exception for status.heroku.com

HTTPS Everywhere Devs,

Please remove the no-SSL exception for status.heroku.com as this host
now supports HTTPS.

Please let us know if you have any other issues connecting via HTTPS
to any sites in the heroku.com or herokuapp.com domains.
