[HTTPS-Everywhere] FF 8.0 & devel.3

With stable 1.1, I had no problems with FF 8.0.

Then, I installed 2.0development.3.xpi from the
EFF site to try out the newer wikipedia rules.
Worked fine, until I quit.

Quit (command-Q on MACOSX) takes about 68 seconds.
Repeatedly.  Even from a restart to a blank page
with no activity or caching.

After disable from the addons panel and restart,
quit returned to normal.

After removing 2.0d3 and then reinstalling 1.1,
quit remained normal.
