[HTTPS-Everywhere] NPR videos don't work

with HTTPS-Everywhere. Does the video play? I couldn't get it to play, 
no matter what I did (e.g. disabling NoScript and AdBlock+) until I 
disabled the NPR rule on HTTPS-Everywhere.
