[HTTPS-Everywhere] Possible bug with the GoogleServices ruleset breaking custom Google searches

In the GoogleServices.xml ruleset that is included in the collection at
<https://gitweb.torproject.org/https-everywhere.git/tree/HEAD:/src/chrome/content/rules>,
there is a rule that applies to custom Google searches, that is, URLs that start with
<http://www.google.com/custom> or <http://www.google.com/cse>. In at least one case, this
rule may be causing problems with custom searches. For instance, at the URL
<https://www.hon.ch/pat.html> there is a search form in the upper-left corner of the page.
Doing a search produces a list of Google results in the form of a custom search.
Underneath the search results are a number of hyperlinks that consist of numbers. From
what one remembers, it can happen where selecting one of the hyperlinked numbers brings
up a "Google search title page" instead of the next set of search results.
