[HTTPS-Everywhere] NPR rule doesn't work

Apparently NPR's videos don't work over a secure connection. For example:

http://www.npr.org/2011/07/24/138508517/series-overview-the-cost-of-dropping-out

With the HTTPS-Everywhere rule for NPR enabled, this ad doesn't work
(and if I paste the secure URL into Internet Explorer, it still doesn't
work, indicating that it's a problem with NPR's secure server, not
Firefox or any of my extensions)
