We have a fix for the UI bug that was annoying several people.  I chose to
leave the context menu in the toolbar by default, rather than having it moved
down to the "addons bar", because I think user discoverability of the addons bar
in FF 4+ is approximately zero.  I did, however, move the button over to the
right hand side where it's less intrusive.

Users can now of course drag the button anywhere they want via View ->
Toolbar -> Customize.
