[HTTPS-Everywhere] bugs.mysql.com doesn't support https

http://wb.mysql.com throws a https certificate mismatch error. Certificate
belongs to your-server.de
Ignoring the certificate error takes you to host's administration page.

I added a exclusion to existing rule.
Please pull from git://github.com/nitrox/https-everywhere.git
