[HTTPS-Everywhere] earth.google.com not working properly

When loading https://www.google.com/intl/th/earth/download/ge/agree.html. I
see following error message

Error: The stylesheet http://www.google.co.th/ was not loaded because its
MIME type, "text/html", is not "text/css".

I have no idea what are redirecting to http://www.google.co.th/.
