[HTTPS-Everywhere] Fwd: Linkedin to HTTPS Anywhere

I tried making a quick rule in the back of class just now but it seems that
linkedin only supports https on their sign-up page and home page. Everything
else goes into a redirect loop. Perhaps an email to linkedin would solve
this sooner.
