[HTTPS-Everywhere] Rule for the german social VZ networks

Hello,

i have made a Ruleset for studivz.net, its a large social network after 
facebook in germany.
The ruleset is very simple but it works and includes the following domains.

studivz.net
meinvz.net
schuelervz.net
