[HTTPS-Everywhere] Annoying

Upgrading NoScript to a new version doesn't flush any custom HTTPS rules you
have set.
Upgrading HTTPSEverywhere to a new version flushes *all *custom HTTPS rules
you have set.    (e.g. 0.2.2 -> 0.2.3)

... something to work on for 0.2.4 perhaps?
