Thanks, they're going into e-l-r.  Could you or someone take a look at
the Cloudfront rule?  Quora is using URLs like

http://d1vgw4v7ja2ido.cloudfront.net/-ef4b999ebe928b2f.gif

but

https://d1vgw4v7ja2ido.cloudfront.net/-ef4b999ebe928b2f.gif

would work fine -- but I don't know what pattern to use for these
Cloudfront URLs or whether everything under cloudfront.net would
work or not.
