Both are already supported in the most recent development release.

We don't want to host it at a.m.o directly because both of our
organizations (EFF and the Tor Project) have stricter privacy
policies than a.m.o's privacy policy.  We would like to be
able to provide the protection of our own sites' privacy
policies for all HTTPS Everywhere users.
