[HTTPS-Everywhere] Interference with Google Reader under Firefox 3.6.8

Hi,

VI tried version 0.2.2 and it seems to interfere with Google reader under Firefox.  Normally, when clicking an item, it opens as a bubble (that is part of the Google reader settings). However, when HTTP Everywhere is enabled, this setting is ignored and the items open as a new Window.
