[HTTPS-Everywhere] two rules for nzb-search engines.

Hi EFF,

 

I've created two simple rules for https-everywhere. They are rules for the
(at least in the Netherlands) popular nzb-search engines.

NZBIndex.nl and binsearch.info.

 

Feel free to add them to the great https-everywhere add-on.
