[HTTPS-Everywhere] Follow-up regarding: Issue with HTTPS Everywhere "Wordpress.com blogs" filter

To whom it may concern:

I would like to make some clarifications to an email I previously sent
(from the same e-mail address as this one).

Concerning the first paragraph, please add failblog.org to the list of
sites affected by the issue of missing rating icons.

Concerning the second paragraph, the behavior has been erratic, and I
am no longer sure that HTTPS Everywhere is the cause of that issue.
