[HTTPS-Everywhere] URLs in .xsession-errors

This is a bug.  URL logs, to the extent that they need to exist in our beta
and development releases, should be going to the Firefox Error Console, but
not to stdout/stderr.  We also need to do be vigilant that the Error Console
isn't being logged anywhere.
