[HTTPS-Everywhere] https-everywhere ruleset for indymedia

hi,

here is a proposal for an ruleset for the https-everywhere plugin.
please include the attached xml-file in your next release.

i wanted to cover the indymedia.org domain.
it also indlcudes indymedia.org.uk, northern-indymedia.org,
northernindymedia.org but not indymedia.us .

i'd also love to get some feedback about the efficiency of the included
regular expressions.
